After 4 rounds of interview, I joined Beautylux logistics team as a factory new launch coordinator. Different company culture, complex net work, professional logistics knowledge … Life is not easy for me, but the more challenge I met, the more growth I gained. After launching Garnier in China, I moved to a new position as product development engineer. In the past two years, I dealt with Mini-nurse, Yue-Sai, also L'Oreal Paris in skin care, make up, hair care and coloration area with 4 Asia factories. It is great experience in my career life for me to understand the project management skill, build the relationship, get familiar with the industry process, and also to improve my communication skill. This summer, I started to a new professional logistics career in Market supplier flow team as L'Oréal Paris and Garnier supply flow manager.
